Accounts Payable Clerk

MOUR TRANSPORT LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Transaction Management: Prepare and process financial transactions, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Manage accounts receivable, including collecting payments from debtors and maintaining accurate records.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balances, to ensure accurate financial information.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient storage.
- Clerical Duties: Perform general office duties, including maintaining filing and record systems, and performing financial calculations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Environment: Private sector.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and large workload.
- Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, accurate, client focus, organized, and work term: permanent.
Work language: English. Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
