About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Process and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
  • Invoice Management: Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Payment Processing: Manage payment processing, including check issuance and electronic fund transfers.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank statements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, financial operations, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
