Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, training, and professional development
  • Support the planning and execution of career fairs and other events
  • Coordinate training sessions and facilitate course setup
  • Prepare for daily events and follow-up actions, including scheduling meetings and maintaining action lists
  • Support activities requiring confidentiality, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree or diploma with a Human Resources major
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with various computer programs, including the Microsoft Office suite
  • Able to proactively anticipate needs and follow up on items for the team
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality required of work assignments
  • Independent and resourceful in accomplishing day-to-day tasks and assignments
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under tight deadlines
