Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Nour Private Wealth Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Train staff on company policies and procedures to ensure a high level of understanding and adherence.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage training and development strategies to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective communication between employees, management, and the organization as a whole.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to ensure accurate and timely information is available to management and the organization.
  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Recruit and hire staff to fill open positions and meet the organization's needs.
  • Coach employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Staff recruitment and selection to ensure the best candidates are hired for open positions.
  • Prepare payroll to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Monitor safety conditions to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and administer policies and programs to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure employees are meeting expectations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate the termination of employment process.
  • Resolve conflict situations to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Human resource planning and development to ensure the organization has the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements:
  • Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Electronic mail and human resources software.
  • Technical terminology and area of work experience.
  • Manager specialization or experience in employee engagement, security and safety, criminal record check, and credit check.
  • Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail.
