- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring effective leadership and management structures.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, promoting the company's interests and reputation.
- Leadership Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimal working conditions to drive business success.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word, with the ability to leverage these tools to drive business insights and decision-making.
- Operations management and sales, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a large workload, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Flexibility, organization, and a team player mindset, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar field, with a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
- Permanent employment, with a 32-40 hour workweek and a focus on work-life balance.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
