Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Student, you'll be involved in various areas of HR, including:

  • Assisting with recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives
  • Supporting the planning and execution of career fairs and other HR events
  • Coordinating training sessions and facilitating course setup
  • Preparing confidential correspondence, reports, and other documentation
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Pursuing a degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Independent and resourceful, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
