At Allied Properties REIT, we're committed to providing distinctive urban environments for knowledge-based organizations. As a Urban Workspace Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Technical Services team in Vancouver.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and administer departmental initiatives, capital projects, and building improvements. You'll work closely with the building operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our buildings.

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can lead by example and collaborate towards collective goals. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

In this role, you'll maintain project data and systems information, ensure accurate documentation, and update records in SharePoint. You'll also assist with vendor coordination, cost tracking, and management of requests for supplies and equipment.

You'll have the opportunity to support the development of project plans and budgets, manage project administration, and track milestones and updates.
