The Community Associate is an essential member of our team, responsible for creating a positive and productive community environment in our shared office space.
Key Responsibilities:
Member Engagement: Building relationships with members, identifying opportunities to connect them with each other, and providing feedback on programming types.
Event Planning: Evaluating events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact, distributing necessary information to promote events, and collaborating with the Community Management team to plan and execute events.
Building Operations: Managing front desk operations, receiving and processing mail, investigating and resolving lost packages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
About You
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for creating a positive and productive community environment.
