About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in office administration within a fast-paced environment and will be proficient in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite).

The responsibilities of this role include:
  • Coordinating schedules, booking meetings, and sending reminders to ensure everyone stays on track.
  • Supporting travel arrangements by organizing flights, accommodation, and transportation to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Preparing workstations, welcome kits, and onboarding materials to help new hires integrate seamlessly from their first day.
  • Handling confidentiality with care by managing sensitive information discreetly and ensuring secure storage and access.
