About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Swift Accounting Ltd. as an Administrative Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support the company's goals.
  • Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office, including mail distribution, supply ordering, and inventory management.
  • Communication: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective communication within the team.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing and reconciliations.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure professionalism and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
