We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 13859223 Canada Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team members, including coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Communication and Coordination
- Coordinate with team members, clients, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and vendors.
- Office Management
- Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and inventory control.
- Special Projects
- Assist with special projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
