Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires the right candidate to effectively manage and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

We are offering a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and Evaluate Office Procedures: Assess and refine existing administrative processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish Priorities and Ensure Compliance: Set clear work objectives and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Coordinate Office Services: Plan and oversee the provision of essential services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Budgeting and Inventory Management: Collaborate with relevant teams to prepare the operating budget and maintain accurate inventory and financial controls.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Gather and analyze data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly assess and evaluate office administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Candidates should have at least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
