About the Role


In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key advisors, identifying sales opportunities, and working collaboratively with peers and external wholesalers to achieve business goals.



Responsibilities



  • Proactively interact with advisors daily to support their needs and uncover sales opportunities.
  • Handle and coordinate daily tasks effectively to achieve efficiency metrics.
  • Provide case consultations, illustration support, product queries, and training to advisors.
  • Use data, analytics, and tools to investigate proactive sales opportunities and formalize business plans.
  • Maintain advisor profiles and data on current and proposed activity using Salesforce.com.
  • Collaborate with peers from other teams and departments to share business leads and ideas.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance or sales.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • A LLQP designation or equivalent knowledge.
  • A college or university degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and highly energetic.
  • Innovative marketing and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.


Salary and Benefits


The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to business and individual performance.
