- Inventory Management and Cost Control
- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Supervise and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of quality and service.
- Provide training and guidance to staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods.

- Criminal record check required.
