- Culinary Leadership
- Supervise and mentor our culinary team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare high-quality dishes
- Provide guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock
- Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients
- Quality Control
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure dishes meet our high standards
- Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
