Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu items and specials to drive sales and customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure menu items are prepared to the highest standards
  • Culinary Leadership
    • Supervise and mentor our culinary team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to prepare high-quality dishes
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock
    • Collaborate with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients
  • Quality Control
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure dishes meet our high standards
    • Implement corrective actions to address any quality issues
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
