Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Wireframe Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Source and screen candidates for open positions
    • Coordinate the interview process and make recommendations for hire
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns
    • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs
  • Benefits and Compensation
    • Administer and maintain employee benefits programs
    • Conduct compensation analysis and make recommendations for salary adjustments
    • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs
  • HR Administration
    • Manage HR records and databases
    • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR generalist role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

    • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
