Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Wireframe Solutions. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of recruitment and talent acquisition, from identifying staffing requirements to onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Identify current and prospective staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment plans, including job postings, advertising, and social media promotion
    • Screen and select candidates, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for hire
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, benefits enrollment, and equipment setup
  • Employee Relations
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
    • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner
    • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs to promote a positive work culture
  • HR Administration
    • Manage HR systems, including employee data, benefits, and performance management
    • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
    • Provide HR support to managers and employees, including training and development programs
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
