Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to optimize resource allocation.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to drive business success.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to upskill our workforce.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payment.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to keep employees informed.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports to provide insights on HR metrics and trends.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in HR.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
