We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Tree House Foods Inc. as a key member of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the full cycle of hiring, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, handle employee complaints and concerns, and promote employee well-being and engagement.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer and manage employee benefits, including health, dental, and other programs, to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  • Performance Management and Development: Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management systems, provide coaching and training to employees, and support career development and growth.
  • HR Systems and Processes: Develop and maintain HR systems, processes, and procedures to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Software and Systems: Proficiency in HR systems, such as Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite.
