As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance client experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client services

Requirements include:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful client engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
