We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team in Victoria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting services to small local businesses.

Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain relationships with existing members, while also prospecting for new business opportunities. This will involve presenting CFIB's membership services to business owners, building relationships, and meeting with existing members in person to manage account renewals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Presenting CFIB's services to potential clients
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing members
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities

To succeed in this role, you will need strong presentation skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in sales or business development is an asset, but not required.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and a quarterly bonus. Our top performers earn an average of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, with some exceeding $100,000.
