Business Development Representative for Sustanability

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Otter Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend suitable goods or services.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position requiring 35 hours of work per week. You must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities- Promote sales to existing clients through effective communication and relationship-building
- Identify and solicit new business opportunities, including researching potential clients and developing tailored pitches
- Assess client needs and resources to recommend suitable products or services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
