Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sales and Territory Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, plus uncapped bonus potential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as basic life insurance and accidental death and disability (AD&D) insurance. We also offer a registered pension plan with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 5%, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted solutions
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH PROACTIVE AND INNOVATIVE SALES TECHNIQUES
  • Utilize Salesforce to track interactions and record sales data
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and ability to drive a company-provided vehicle
