IT Application and Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

TotalEnergies Marketing Deutschland GmbH is seeking a highly skilled IT Application and Project Coordinator to join our Finance, Strategy and Information Systems Directorate in the Information Systems division at our Berlin location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and evaluate business requirements, proposing solutions or scenarios aligned with TotalEnergies' IT strategy.
  • Implement IT projects from kick-off to go-live, adhering to time and budget targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of IT projects and operation of applications in the area of responsibility.
  • Manage supplier contracts and review SLAs, ensuring compliance with TotalEnergies' IT security guidelines.
  • Collaborate with international teams, serving as a local contact for centrally managed applications.

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional experience in the IT or digital sector.
  • Knowledge of project and change management methods.
  • Business fluency in German and English.
  • Strong teamwork, customer orientation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
