Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Salt & Pepper Canada Limited. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the sales floor operations.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Floor Operations: Manage the sales floor, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Staff Development: Train and develop sales staff to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical skills.
As a Sales Supervisor at Salt & Pepper Canada Limited, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of sales staff. You will be required to stand for long periods, move around the sales floor, and lift up to 25 pounds.
