Client Relationship Associate

The Client Relationship Associate plays a vital role in supporting Portfolio Managers in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. This dynamic role requires a strong understanding of business management, client relationships, and investment wealth planning.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and external referral sources to drive sales and market share growth.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to the Investment Wealth Planning (IWP) process.
- Support the delivery of a legendary client experience by ensuring clients are matched with the most suitable wealth products and services.
- Act as a secondary contact to the Portfolio Manager for client relationships and collaborate to deliver customized solutions.
- Identify and coordinate client segmentation with the Client Service Associate (CSA).
- Assist the Portfolio Manager in creating integrated and tailored solutions based on client needs.
- Contribute to improving client retention and loyalty by enhancing branch CEI/LEI scores.
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned Bank Branches.
- Identify potential referral opportunities from existing clients to TD Canada Trust and other wealth considerations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain confidentiality.
- Desirable: Undergraduate degree or community college diploma.
- Completion of CIM or CFA Level 1 or higher is considered an asset.
