Position Overview

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

As an Account Director, your primary responsibility will be to support the efficient operation of the project/contract, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees, protecting company interests and assets, and representing the organization in relation to the client.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing the daily interactions with the client.
  2. Assisting in the planning and coordination of all on-site operations.
  3. Providing leadership and guidance to staff as outlined in contract specifications.
  4. Participating in the recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of all personnel in accordance with corporate and HR policies.
  5. Overseeing the contract Performance Assessment Process.
  6. Collaborating to ensure that KPIs are achieved and facilities are maintained at performance levels that not only meet but exceed expectations.
  7. Ensuring a high level of training and competency for all staff, and that contractors operate at the highest standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

WHO ARE WE SEEKING?

  1. Experience in managing client relationships across multiple locations.
  2. Background in the aviation sector.
  3. Proficiency in various aspects of multi-functional project management as evidenced by work history.
  4. PMP certification is advantageous; candidates must demonstrate success in large-scale project management, cost estimation, budget planning, and business accounting.
  5. Experience in emergency response or military settings is preferred, with a proven ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  6. Solid understanding of provincial government health and safety codes and standards.
  7. A clear criminal record check is mandatory for this position.
