About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Dexterra Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the overall effective operation of the project/contract, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees, safeguarding company interests and property, and representing the company with respect to the customer.
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client, providing leadership and direction to staff as defined by contract documents.
  • Contribute to managing, planning, and coordinating all on-site work activities, ensuring facilities are maintained at performance levels that meet and exceed expectations.
  • Participate in recruitment, orientation, scheduling, training, and performance of all staff in accordance with corporate policies and HR procedures.
  • Accountable for the contract Performance Assessment Process, working collaboratively to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Maintain a high level of training/competency for all staff, ensuring contractors operate at the highest standards and safely at all times.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in managing clients with multiple sites.
  • Familiarity with all facets of multi-function project management, as demonstrated through work history.
  • PMP certification is an asset; must be able to demonstrate success in large project management, cost estimating, budget planning, and business accounting.
