Position Overview
WHAT'S THE ROLE?

As an Account Director, your primary responsibility will be to support the efficient operation of the project/contract, ensuring the safety and well-being of employees, protecting company interests and assets, and generally representing the organization in relation to the client.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily interactions with the client.
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of all on-site operations.
- Providing leadership and guidance to team members as outlined in contract specifications.
- Participating in the recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of all personnel in line with corporate and HR policies.
- Overseeing the contract Performance Assessment Process.
- Collaborating to ensure that KPIs are achieved and facilities are maintained at performance standards that not only meet but exceed expectations.
- Ensuring a high level of training and competency for all staff, and that contractors operate at the highest safety standards.
Qualifications
WHO ARE WE SEEKING?
- Proven experience in managing client relationships across multiple locations.
- Experience in the aviation sector.
- Comprehensive understanding of multi-faceted project management as evidenced by work history.
- PMP certification is advantageous; must demonstrate success in large-scale project management, cost estimation, budget planning, and financial accounting.
- Experience in emergency response or military settings is preferred, with a proven ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- In-depth knowledge of provincial government health and safety regulations.
- A clear criminal background check is a prerequisite for this position.
