Location: Victoria, BC.

Note: This is a 12-month term with potential for extension.

The Role

The primary responsibility of the Client Relationship Specialist is to deliver outstanding customer service while managing the opening of products and services for both new and existing clients, without lending prerequisites. This involves engaging clients in dialogue to uncover opportunities for comprehensive financial solutions.

Daily Responsibilities

Customer Engagement. Sales. Financial Education. Operations Management. Reporting

Provide exceptional customer experiences at every interaction and implement strategies to enhance the client experience, aligning with CWB's brand promise. Aim to be the primary financial partner for clients, transforming their banking journey into a memorable and rewarding experience. Proactively assess customer needs to identify opportunities that contribute to their financial success through referrals to Account Managers. Test your precision and attention to detail while handling high volumes of transactions, cash management, inquiries, and interactions. Utilize your financial acumen to assist clients in understanding banking products in an engaging and comprehensible manner. Continuously learn and expand your expertise to contribute to the success of your branch. Foster a positive atmosphere and collaborate with a team you take pride in being part of.

Foundational Experience and Knowledge

A background in post-secondary education and ideally one year of customer service experience, coupled with a strong desire to learn and advance a career in the financial sector.
