Account Director Role Overview

As an Account Director at Dexterra, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and success of client projects. Your responsibilities encompass fostering strong client relationships, overseeing on-site operations, and leading your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring seamless execution across multiple sites.
  • Provide guidance and direction to your team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of staff, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Drive contract performance by implementing robust assessment processes and ensuring KPIs are consistently met.
  • Champion safety standards and best practices across all operations, fostering a secure and productive work environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek an experienced and driven individual with a proven track record in client relationship management within the aviation industry.

  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-site client accounts.
  • A strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in budget planning, cost estimation, and business accounting.
  • Familiarity with provincial government health and safety codes and standards.
