Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Coastal Community. As a leading financial institution, we are committed to enhancing the financial well-being of our members. This role is pivotal in supporting our Capital Region and requires a passion for financial services, including loans, investments, and personal mortgages.
Key Responsibilities
In the role of Account Manager, you will:
- Develop and nurture new and existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with a team of financial professionals to provide a comprehensive suite of services.
- Identify opportunities to connect clients with specialized experts within our organization.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A secondary school diploma complemented by post-secondary education and relevant work experience in a sales and service environment.
- A minimum of three years of experience in the financial sector, with at least two years in lending.
- A solid understanding of credit union operations and values.
