Program Overview – Passages:

Passages is a residential program designed for youth aged 13 to 17, offering support and skill enhancement for effective transitions. The program prioritizes the development of self-esteem and the establishment of healthy relationships.

Position Overview – Youth and Family Support Worker – Summer Student:

The Youth and Family Support Worker plays a vital role in executing treatment plans, overseeing activities, and facilitating daily routines for youth within the program. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills, adaptability, and effective communication abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Aged between 18 and 30 years
  • Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • A collaborative and innovative team contributor
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Current Alberta Intervention Record Check
  • Current Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector screening
  • First Aid and CPR/AED 'C' certification
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
