We are seeking a Child and Youth Support Worker to join our team at Enviros WSA. The successful candidate will work with at-risk youth, building relationships and trust, and providing care to enhance areas of competence.

", "Key Responsibilities": "
  • Engage with youth through intentional practice, recreation, life skills, community involvement, and therapeutic programming.
  • Develop skills in individual areas of need, promoting strength-based practice and trauma-informed care.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a holistic approach to supporting youth.
", "Requirements": "
  • Be 18-30 years old.
  • Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred.
  • Have a valid Class 5 driver's license and a clean driver's abstract.
", "Preferred Qualifications": "
  • Harm Reduction, strength-based practice, and trauma-informed care knowledge.
  • Current Intervention Record Check and Criminal Record Check.
  • First Aid and CPR/AED 'C' certification.
