  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategy and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to inform targeted marketing initiatives.
    • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate business performance.
    • Translate data into easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Communication:
    • Optimize advertising strategies to enhance impact across channels, driving traffic that translates into measurable results.
    • Assess the effectiveness of customer touchpoints, including emails, SMS, and promotional campaigns.
    • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors to facilitate the integration of new technologies and tools.
  • Leadership:
    • Lead strategy, execution, and management of marketing analytics function.
    • Cultivate subject matter expertise and thought leadership in leveraging analytics to drive business results.
    • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information and adhere to all applicable policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other relevant degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in similar marketing analytics roles.
  • Expert SQL skills and experience with Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, Python, or other similar tools.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and execute flawlessly on projects in a fast-paced, often high-pressure environment.
  • Strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees.
  • Able to travel occasionally, up to 10% of the time.
