About the Job

We are seeking an innovative, results-oriented, experienced leader for the Vice President of Sales position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans while meeting and exceeding sales quotas to take our Growth and Sales department to the next level.

Key Responsibilities as Strategic Growth Director
  • Pipeline development based on a deep understanding of IntouchCX solution offerings and business needs.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Growth Team to achieve high levels of productivity and excellence in solution development.
  • Building an effective and high-performing team through leadership development, performance management, and scalable infrastructure.
  • Developing and driving key sales strategies or initiatives.
  • Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve set goals.
  • Delivering value-based solutions by developing, communicating, and driving effective strategies based on valid, customer-specific value criteria.
  • Managing contracts and agreements to ensure expectations are met.
  • Maintaining perspectives on the competitive landscape as they relate to customer experience strategies and product/service strategies.
  • Possessing a strategic understanding of multiple market spaces and leading trends to proactively identify issues/opportunities/solutions.
  • Developing strong, collaborative relationships at all levels and working closely with cross-functional leaders.
Requirements as Strategic Growth Director
  • Post-secondary degree, or certificate, with a focus in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8+ years sales/account management experience directly in the contact center or related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effectively working within a diverse sales team.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to follow through.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
  • Proven track record for sales success and hitting productivity targets.
