About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Leader for Business Growth to join our team at Capital One Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business strategy and growth, leading cross-functional teams, and making strategic decisions that impact our bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory behavior.
  • Lead direct to consumer marketing efforts for select products and strategic intent for products distributed through various channels.
  • Drive step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior.
  • Coordinate across the line of business to manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements, and execute against the product strategy.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Capital One to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 6+ years of work experience inclusive of quantitative analysis and project management.
  • At least 3 years of direct leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business strategy from inception to implementation, leading cross-functional teams.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement savings plan.
