Business Development Director

Knewsales Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to serve as a Director of Business Expansion and Growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the business by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities across Canada.

This role involves working closely with executives, leadership teams, and field salesforces to build relationships with current customers, partners, and vendors. By evaluating existing partnerships and sales efforts, the successful candidate will be key in driving business growth through strategic decision-making and effective execution.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in business development management, with a proven track record of scaling businesses successfully. They will have hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls, and a background in direct sales. Additionally, they will have experience making sales projections and forecasting revenue, as well as familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business expansion strategies to drive growth across Canada
- Build and maintain relationships with current customers, partners, and vendors
- Evaluate existing partnerships and sales efforts to identify areas for improvement
- Make strategic decisions to drive business growth
- Collaborate with executives, leadership teams, and field salesforces to achieve business objectives
