About the Role

VAN OVERSEAS LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Operations Manager to join our team.

This is a permanent position with an estimated salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market rates.

As an Executive Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our equipment and ensuring that work is coordinated efficiently across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: You will train workers in their duties and policies, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Reporting and Analytics: You will prepare and submit reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: You will ensure that all equipment is properly maintained, repaired, and replaced as needed.
  • Workforce Management: You will coordinate and assign tasks to team members, review their progress, and provide technical advice and guidance when needed.
  • Supply Chain Management: You will requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Maintenance Coordination: You will arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out by external contractors.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: You will coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Scheduling and Procedures: You will establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

As an Executive Operations Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large caseload. You will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
