About the Role

As an Executive Operations Director with Reliance Comfort Limited Partnership o/a Reliance Home Comfort, you will be part of a dynamic team driving business growth and excellence. Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage field operations teams, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on process improvement, productivity enhancement, and quality control.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets, drive cost optimization, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and vendors, to ensure smooth operation and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to drive operational efficiency and excellence.
Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned executive with:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field operations leadership roles, preferably within the HVAC or water heater industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in process improvement, project management, and change management.
  • Ability to negotiate and build partnerships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and suppliers.
