With an estimated annual salary of $57,000 - $62,500, you'll be responsible for overseeing food preparation, managing kitchen staff, and driving revenue growth in one of our 350 entertainment destinations across North America.
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced chef with exceptional management skills to lead our kitchen team. As an Executive Chef and Kitchen Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation
- Managing kitchen operations, including inventory control, menu planning, and labor scheduling
- Leading a team of cooks, dishwashers, and servers to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with the Operations team to plan and execute events, including catering and special occasions
- Ensuring compliance with local health regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience, preferably in high-volume retail or hospitality settings
- A bachelor's degree in culinary arts or a related field
- Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Current ServSafe certification and ability to obtain instructor certification
