About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Spence Diamonds. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring accuracy in data management, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Assist sales teams during busy periods and take customers through our showroom experience
  • Inspect and process incoming jewelry repairs
  • Follow up with customers via phone or email regarding their repair orders
  • Complete quality checks and provide completed orders to customers at pickup
  • Cash handling and end of day processing
  • Assist in coordinating the showroom appearance, merchandising, and store tidiness

Requirements

  • Detailed oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Energetic and outgoing with strong customer relationship skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least one year of experience working in a customer service environment
  • Ability to work with a computer and learn new technology and software
  • Minimum availability of three days a week, including one weekend day
