Job Description
  • Evaluate and optimize our daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff, including training programs and performance evaluations.
  • Manage our budget and inventory, ensuring we maintain a stable financial position and adequate supplies.
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of skilled pet groomers, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, prioritizing their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Perform animal grooming activities as needed, demonstrating expertise and attention to detail.
  • Determine staff work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a relevant field, such as business or animal care.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar management position, preferably in a pet grooming environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • A strong understanding of business operations, including budgeting and inventory management.
  • Physical stamina to perform animal grooming tasks, if required.
