Pet Care Team Lead

Job OverviewThis is a leadership role that requires someone with strong customer service and retail management skills to coach and develop a team of employees to deliver exceptional service to all customers.

Responsibilities- Coach and develop store team members to ensure exceptional customer service
- Maintain relationships with local pet owners and community partners
- Manage inventory levels and order stock as needed
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures
- Coordinate efforts to achieve targeted business results
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and retail store management experience
- Previous key holder experience an asset
- Enthusiasm for learning and growth in the pet care industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
