Job Description
  • This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 35-40 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Event Plans: Create comprehensive event plans, including marketing and communication strategies, to meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Arrange for shipping, receiving, and storage, as well as set up and monitor multimedia equipment for events.
  • Manage Event Operations: Oversee event setup, staging, seating, parking, communication systems, and other details to ensure seamless execution.
  • Confirm Speakers and Vendors: Coordinate with speakers, vendors, and suppliers to confirm arrangements and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Implement Registration Systems: Design and implement registration systems for events, ensuring efficient processing and minimizing errors.
  • Research and Design Events: Conduct thorough research to design unique and engaging special events programs that meet client objectives.
Requirements:
