Job DescriptionThe Radiological Technologist works under minimal supervision, performing diagnostic procedures requiring ionizing radiation while prioritizing patient safety. Effective communication in a multidisciplinary environment is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Radiological Technology
- Certification with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)
- Licensure from the Nova Scotia College of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Professionals (NSCMIRTP)
- Previous experience is desirable
- Qualification to work in multiple Diagnostic Imaging modalities is beneficial
- Basic Life Support Certification
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize duties independently, and physical capabilities to perform job duties.
Benefits and Compensation$30.83 - $37.54 hourly
