Sales Performance Driver

We're building communities through commerce at Lightspeed, and we need a Sales Performance Driver to help us innovate and simplify the retail sales process in NoAm. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through phone and email correspondence, as well as screen-sharing presentations to potential customers.
About the RoleYou'll work with management on pricing negotiations, achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, and collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to coordinate appointments and optimal scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively lead prospects through a defined sales process
- Track prospect progression to close in Salesforce.com
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong presentation skills and a telephone manner, experience with quoting, invoicing, and purchasing, excellent written and verbal communication in English (French an asset), and excellent customer service skills.
