Job Title: Administrative Director

Join Caisse de Dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) as an Administrative Director and contribute to the success of our Risk Management team. As an Administrative Director, you will provide administrative support to the team and ensure the smooth operation of our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the obtaining of signatures on legal documents via DocuSign and follow up on necessary actions;
  • Collaborate with the team to update internal processes and procedures;
  • Support the team in reviewing translations of documents (English-French) or PowerPoint presentations;
  • Coordinate the realization of projects facilitating team collaboration, such as organizing the team's SharePoint site and tracking project progress;
  • Work with ease with our international offices' colleagues;
  • Be available on a punctual basis outside of regular working hours to handle urgent situations;
Requirements:
  • Diplôme d'études collégiales in administration or other relevant studies;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in an administrative support role;
  • Excellent mastery of French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Excellent mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of the Concur system, an asset;
