Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Collège de Rosemont. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Director, coordinate complex tasks, manage agendas, support committees, participate in budget management, liaise with external organizations, prepare documents, and manage meeting rooms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and managing agendas.
  • Coordinate complex tasks and projects, including budget management and committee support.
  • Liaise with external organizations, including government agencies, community groups, and business partners.
  • Prepare and manage documents, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Manage meeting rooms and coordinate logistics for events and meetings.
  • Participate in budget management and financial planning.

Requirements

  • College Diploma in Administration or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Autonomy and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in French and MS Office.
