Administrative Assistant to the Director of Communications

About the Role:
TOTEM RECRUITER is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Communications. This is a permanent position with a 37.5 hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the Director of Communications, working closely with the team to coordinate activities and events.
- Write, edit, and proofread various documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and ensure meticulous follow-up.
- Prepare necessary documentation for various sessions.
- Participate in the organization of corporate events.
- Manage physical and electronic mail.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent organizational skills, enabling efficient and timely work.
- Proactivity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and stress.
- Autonomy, flexibility, and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
